Common questions

Do I need a long-term contract?
No. We work on a month-to-month basis. No annual commitments, no early termination fees. We earn your business every month. If we're not delivering, you can walk — no hard feelings.
How fast can you respond to an issue?
Most issues are addressed within an hour during business hours. For critical security incidents, we respond immediately. Because we're 100% remote, there's no waiting for a tech to drive to your location.
I only have a few computers. Is that too small?
Not at all. We work with businesses as small as 3-5 endpoints. In fact, small businesses are exactly who we built TrueGuard for. You deserve the same protection as a company with 500 employees.
What tools do you use?
We use enterprise-grade tools including advanced EDR/MDR platforms, cloud backup solutions with verified restores, professional RMM (remote monitoring and management) software, and dedicated email security. We choose best-in-class tools — not the cheapest option.
Can you help with our existing Microsoft 365 setup?
Absolutely. We manage M365 environments daily — from email security and mailbox management to OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. We also back up your M365 data, which Microsoft does not do by default.
What does the free assessment include?
We review your current security posture: what tools you're running, whether your systems are patched, if your data is backed up, and where the biggest risks are. You'll get a clear, honest report — whether you decide to work with us or not.
Do you serve clients outside of Ohio?
Yes. Because we're 100% remote, we serve clients anywhere in the United States. Location doesn't affect our response time or quality of service.
