Doors open at 6 AM for the early risers and we stay open until 8 PM so you can wind down your evening here.
Every pastry is baked in-house each morning. Our kitchen team uses real butter, local eggs, and zero shortcuts.
Ember & Bloom began in 2018 when two friends — a former barista and a pastry chef — decided their neighborhood deserved better coffee. Not the burnt, mass-produced kind. The kind you actually look forward to.
We started roasting in a garage with a 10-pound drum roaster and selling at the local farmers market. Within a year, we opened our doors on Main Street, and we haven't looked back.
